Look what's on my kitchen table!
I can't believe it's finally arrived! I have to say it's pretty surreal looking at a Berroco book filled with pictures of our family and even Chippy the Hen and my Swiss Chard! But it's also pretty frackin' amazing too. Obviously a more thorough post is in order but the last of my holiday guests just walked out the door and I have a massive pile of laundry, dishes, and tidying to tend to before the New Year. The patterns are not in Ravelry yet, Cirilia said they'll be there the first week of January, but you can find a sneak peek here of the Vintage Family book and the DK Baby book. There will also be a lot more pictures on the Berroco website after January 15th!
Our copies of the Vintage Family book arrived on Christmas Eve. It took every bit of my will power not to rip the envelope open right there on the spot, instead I wrapped it up for all of us to open together that night after we got into our Christmas PJ's. It was perfect I tell you. We all worked together as a family and it couldn't have been nicer to enjoy the book all together with the Nana's, Papa's and Uncle's too!
I promise I will share more details about the day, the shoot and now the patterns (!) as soon as I get everything back in order on the home front. We had such a wonderful holiday season filled with food, family and fun. I hope you did too! See you in the New Year!
