A few of my favorite things...

I can NOT believe two weeks have passed since Vaughn arrived! I think one of the most unspoken changes of parenthood is the rate at which time passes. It speeds in the cruelest of ways and seems to do so even more with each child. Thank you all so much for your warm welcome for Vaughn and the sweet wishes you sent to our entire brood. We're settling in to our family of 5! (5 wow!) and getting as much rest as we possibly can, which is to say - not much. But that's all good. We're in a delightful milky sleep deprived nestled-in sort of state and soaking in the moments as best as we can. All that while trying to move forward on our Big Chicken Plans. 

My fingers and brain are itching to make something, many things. Like maybe something like this or this or this. Or maybe some of these. But for now it's all about nursing and snuggling. My hands are busy doing that.
