Sorry about the lame blogging lately. I guess I've lost of bit of my blogging mojo. I am sure it will come back soon though. Etsy, Facebook and Ravelry have been soaking up my online time. And then, while I am not a TV person at all I have become slightly *ahem* obsessed with a certain program. So geeky, I know, but it is soooo good. Greg and I are almost all caught up to the fourth and final season which is on now.
The snow was falling freely today though so we decided to try this recipe for snow ice cream. I have to say that it is quite good. It really grows on you. I also came to find out that Greg's Italian Nana used to make this quite often back in the day, usually adding coffee or fod coloring for the kids. We had a lot of fun just discovering the whole process. Now, the possibilites are endless! I love the idea of using almond milk I bet that would taste SO good.
